My kitchen cabinets were in sorry shape. They were dingy and spotty and I just had to do something. I removed the dated hardware and filled the holes with wood putty as they were one single center holed and my new hardware has two very spaced out holes. Then I removed the handles, lightly sanded the cabinets and washed them down with TSP and water to remove any greasy buildup. I chose a dark cabinet paint and the color completely changed my kitchen! You too can update your kitchen with paint!

Don't ignore your small hall:) Sometimes a little experiment is not only fun... but, for me at least, It's downright therapeutic! I am addicted to decorating and plead guilty to experimenting on my own home. After walking this bland hall that separates our living space from our bedrooms and forever searching for somewhere to place my photowall... I set about displaying my favourite photos in this tiny space. Now, my preference in photos is very different but they create so many conversations and smiles. I absolutely despise those "say cheese" photos... My photo choice have action, humor, depth, emotion and bring me back to the moments they were taken.

Lost my Aunt to Alzheimer's today. Very, very sad. This is a vicious disease and I'm committed to raising money for research.
